Bramley apple is a scrumptiously vibrant apple green hue with lustrous lime undertones. The origins of the famous Bramley apple are rooted in the Nottinghamshire Minster town of Southwell. A young Mary Ann Brailsford planted the pips in her garden in 1809 and the original tree continues to bear fruit over 200 years later!

Lionheart is a fabulously regal purple colour with strength and depth in its tonal shading. According to legend, in Spring 1194 Richard the Lionheart met Robin in Sherwood. A wonderful Victorian painting by Daniel Maclise, illustrating this meeting, hangs in Nottingham Castle.

Papplewick. A wonderful teal shade with tonal blue green hues.  Papplewick is a village situated just outside Nottingham marking the southern gateway to Sherwood Forest. A pump house there has supplied Nottingham with clean fresh water from Victorian times.
